- Compose, type and transcribe correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required. Route written communications as appropriate.
- Communicate with others in person, telephone, and/or email. May receive and screen visitors and handle general inquiries.
- Assist with preparing for and facilitating meetings, conferences, programs and/or special events.
- Establish and maintain filing systems. Order and stock supplies.
- May enter information from a variety of sources into computer database(s) and verify data entered into computer by checking printouts/reports for errors and correcting as required.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
