Position Summary

Coordinator of ECU Health Policy Management will perform the following task:

Policy, Procedure and Protocol Management (Draft, Revise and Upload).

Archive retired policies- Maintain archives for legal and risk management use.

Database management and generation of reports.

Research as requested (online web searches).

Partners with key stakeholders to ensure policy compliance with applicable governing and regulating bodies, licensure and regulations.

Document Standard Operating Procedures for Department Activities

Subject matter expert for ensuring integrity and analyzing workflows for process improvement opportunities.

Acts as resource for set-up maintenance, trouble shooting and training related to software.

Budgeting, e-procurement, travel, expense reports, payroll

Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation to assist and support end users.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of high school and 2 years of formal training is required- or higher. Two year degree can be in any field. Skills and proficiency of greater value than years of education.

1 - 3 years work experience is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (word, exel and powerpoint), eProcurement, Peoplesoft HR, Novell Groupwise and Calendar mgmt, Webex, Conf call set ups, AV equipment.

Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Able to problem solve routine problems with minimal supervision.

Attention to Detail and experience managing multiple step projects. Able to work with others, individually and small groups.
