Position assists the Facilities, Events, and Operations staff in the coordination of day-to-day facilities and event management for 16 Division I athletic teams.

Due to the nature/scope of Athletics and Athletics events, position requires attendance at scheduled home games / matches, which may require work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time.

Position assists the Facilities, Events, and Operations staff in the coordination of day-to-day facilities and event management for 16 Division I athletic teams.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordination of scheduling / setup / breakdown of internal / external events
- Liaison with related third party vendors
- Gameday operations and event management for assigned sports, which includes being game administrator for select events
- Management of student workforce
- Assist with coordination of facility projects as assigned.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and one (1) year appropriate experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proficiency in both MS Office and EMS scheduling software
- Experience managing budgets and events at the intercollegiate athletics level or higher.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
