Essential Functions

Facilitate the flow of information and ensure alignment between Watermark and other integrated systems and processes. Coordinate and conduct regular faculty success management training sessions for Watermark and other integrated systems (i.e., primary objectives, data-entry process, orderly timelines, feedback procedures) for all faculty and system users. Maintain Watermark system(s) and accounts. Review current system(s) and propose quality improvements, including custom report development. Respond to ad-hoc requests from the Provost's Office, academic departments, faculty, and other stakeholders. Develop and maintain digital and electronic communication for the Provost's Office web site as it relates to the Faculty Review Process.

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in human resources, business/project management, or field(s) related to the support of academic affairs (i.e., faculty promotion & tenure), educational research, institutional effectiveness and/or planning process(s), or information technology/analytics. Five years of related professional experience including at least one year of experience coordinating large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience with problem-solving, project-management, tact/diplomacy, motivation and exceptional communication skills that have resulted in excellent customer service, as we value the ability to work effectively as a team. All candidates should be familiar with database and/or survey management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

A master's degree or higher from an accredited institution in human resources, business/project management, or field(s) related to the support of academic affairs (i.e., faculty promotion & tenure), educational research, institutional effectiveness and/or planning process(s), or information technology/analytics. At least two years of relevant experience coordinating large-scale projects and the development of training sessions/workshops that support these projects. The ability to communicate long-term institutional goals in higher education and communicate benefits for end-user support of accurate/timely reports. Some experience negotiating/supporting academic policies, procedures and/or compliance standards in Higher Education.

Work Hours

Typical hours are 8:00-4:30pm.
