Responsibility:
  • Lives and reinforces Safety as a condition in all activities
  • Serves as the Pilgrim's Management Method subject matter expert for assigned facilities
  • Leads assigned facility'sManagement Method efforts by functioning as a business partner with each Method Pillar
  • Responsible for proactively working with facility management to identify and assess KPI gaps, and lead projects to closurethrough the use of Operational Excellence tools and methodologies
  • Delivers effective Management Method training
  • Demonstrates ownership of core tools
    • 6S
    • Writing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
    • Statistical Process Control
    • Root Cause Analysis
    • Kaizen Events
  • Leads gap-closure projects and owns project success.
  • Update and analyze key metrics for the assigned complex or business unit
  • Leadsself-assessment activities for Management Method.
Education:

Undergraduate Degree, (Prefer engineering, science, or business focus)

Experience:
  • 2 - 5 years manufacturing industryexperience (preferably in poultry)
  • At least 1 year in Pilgrim's
  • Background in ZBB or production
Special Skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel user
  • MiniTabexperience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Good internal relationshipskills
