Pay: $29.54 - $44.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:

The Behavioral Health Service Line is looking for a coordinator of program outreach who will be dedicated to expanding community awareness and internal referral pathways to increase access to behavioral health services for our patients. This individual will spend time visiting with community partners, meeting with leaders about behavioral health programs available internal to UCHealth and working with our behavioral health leadership to drive marketing and communications initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Establishes effective professional communication and builds relationships with healthcare and community partners.
• Establishes effective tools and programs of value for the targeted stakeholders based on available resources.
• Partner with leadership and system stakeholders to coordinate outreach and educational initiatives according to the strategic plan and objectives.
• Advocate for and promote the service line in conjunction with the UCHealth objectives.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Behavioral Science or related to service line focus.
• Valid state driver's license and insurance.
• 2 years' relevant experience.
