Summary:
Creates and maintains a standardized approach for improving, tracking, and trending the quality of the registrations throughout the Broward Health Enterprise via key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards. Reviews sample accounts from each facility to ensure they conform with the requirements of proper billing standards for uniform billing (UB) and also meet the regulations required by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), HIPPA, and other laws relating to state and federal agencies which govern the compliance and adherence to these laws. Creates a standardized manual QA dashboard that meets the requirements of the health and financial management associations (HMFA) and other industry best practices.
