- Assists in the daily operations and match day operations of the organizational unit.
- Oversees the fulfillment of group and single game ticket requests.
- Assists with building seasons, plans, events, and price codes in ticketing system, as well as setting up accounts for auto-renew.
- Oversees ticketing help desk assisting with upgrade requests, user management, fan issues, and general troubleshooting.
- Assists with daily financial reporting and ensures all accounts are paid according to pay schedules.
- Responsible for game day communication between San Diego FC Ticket Operations and Snapdragon Stadium box office staff and ensures all ticketing standards are being met.
- Assists with managing of single game and season plan inventory.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Experience working with all Ticketmaster products is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and has a fan-first mentality.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess great time management skills, be self-motivated, and able to solve problems in real-time.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Candidate must have a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports.
