The CoreOps team is made of content reviewers and policy experts dedicated to ensuring accurate and efficient classification of content according to TikTok Ads policies. We collaborate with other business functions, identify opportunities for process improvement, and communicate emerging risks. Our expertise lies in TikTok Ads policies and procedures, allowing us to provide a safe and compliant environment. Together, we create an exceptional user experience while upholding quality and policy compliance.

Responsibilities:
1. Review content and classify according to TikTok Ads policies and standard operating procedures with accuracy and efficiency;
2. Cooperate with other businesses related functions to complete the designated work;
3. Identify opportunities to improve processes, protocols, and policies at scale;
4. Identify and communicate emerging risks to management and cross functional partners;
5. Conduct general data entry tasks;
6. Become an expert on TikTok Ads policies and procedures;

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience;
- Advanced English;
- Analytical and research skills;
- Ability to work in fast and evolving environment with an eye for detail;
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines;
- Ability to work in differing work rotations/shifts (including nights, public holidays and weekends);

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word; SQL a plus;
- Ability to evaluate content of advertisements by referring to standard operating procedures;
