As a key member of the executive leadership team, the ideal candidate would be primarily responsible for leading the home office-related responsibilities to more effectively serve our remote physicians and partners, including ensuring commitments and work are done well and on time. We are seeking an individual with prior senior management experience at an executive level.
Other responsibilities for the executive position include:
• Heavy focus on partnering with key Leaders in management of the Home Office people operations.
• Lead the development of the organization’s long- and short-term strategies.
• Manage overall corporate operations.
• Manage the organization’s internal corporate resources.
• Manage company organizational structure.
• Assess and minimize risks to the company.
• Set and manage strategic goals and key performance indicators.
• Identify and address companywide opportunities and problems.
• Develop and uphold the company’s mission statement.
• Implement strategic plans by working with senior stakeholders.
• Evaluate and track the success of the company in reaching its goals and deliverables.
