The starting salary for this position is $69,000 per year.

The Corporate Partnerships Analyst is responsible for front and back-end data gathering, analysis, and ongoing strategic input for the Corporate Partnerships Department. This incumbent must have strong analytical comprehension, and they are the primary lead for recap generation, market research and delivery metrics for the Corporate Partnership Department, including ad-hoc Corporate Partnership analysis for Orange County Sports & Entertainment (OCSE) properties (Honda Center, Anaheim Ducks, The Rinks, Great Park Ice, ARTIC), and other properties as necessary. The Corporate Partnerships Analyst works in conjunction with the Corporate Partnership Activation Department to identify and develop new opportunities for current corporate partners and will assist the Department in developing the pricing and deployment strategies of new and existing partnership elements. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships Strategy & Analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate on identifying and developing opportunities for revenue generation, including pricing and deployment strategies of new and existing Corporate Partnership assets
  • Responsible for accessing, analyzing, and communicating market research data from third-party platforms including YouGov, Trajektory, SponsorUnited, and Blinkfire Analytics
  • Responsible for reporting valuation and delivery metrics to Corporate Partnership Activation Managers and advising on best practices to meet partner KPIs
  • Lead in building mid- and end-of-season recaps for corporate partners
  • Assist in managing KORE CRM system, build and manage active partnership proposals in system
  • Assist in calculating valuation of partnership assets and recommend changes to rate card and delivery of assets
  • Assist in building sales proposals across all OCSE properties with the inclusion of syndicated market research and approved inventory
  • Communicate with internal departments including Broadcast, In-Game Entertainment, Marketing, and Digital/Social to accurately manage inventory and delivery of assets, advise on deployment strategy, and identify potential opportunities for partnership and business growth
  • Create high-quality mockups of partnership assets for use in partnership pitches and proposals, using Adobe Photoshop
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience with industry-specific data platforms (YouGov, PRIME Lingo, Repucom, etc.)
  • 1-2 years of experience with presentation platforms/software (SportsDigita, Visme, Prezi, etc.), with demonstrated presentation creation and delivery experience
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop
  • Knowledge of the NHL, its member clubs, and the sport of hockey
  • High proficiency with business applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret and communicate market research and data points
  • Able to handle multiple projects at one time, detail-oriented, and work well under pressure
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce, KORE, etc.)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a major professional or college sports team Corporate Partnerships environment
  • 1-2 years of experience with large data sets in a corporate environment
