Overview: Join our team as a Corporate Referral Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in managing the admissions process for our residents. This position involves overseeing day-to-day tasks related to the admission, discharge, and transfer of residents while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the intake/admissions process to support census growth.
  • Respond to referrals within a 20-minute window.
  • Collaborate with Admissions Directors to expedite referral turnaround and ensure accurate admission documentation.
  • Manage pre-certifications for new referrals and oversee the financial evaluation of potential residents.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance coverages and authorization processes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth transitions for new patients.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Admissions Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of long-term care insurance coverage and authorization processes.
  • Licensed nurse preferred but not required.
