Counter Sales Representative

Insight Global is looking for a Counter Sales Representative in Klamath Falls, OR. This role is onsite Monday- Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. The ideal candidate of this role will act as a key contributor to the Customer Support/Sales Branch of Platt Electric Supply to support key program initiatives and ensures customer satisfaction standards are met. This individual will drive electrical distribution sales for Platt's customers, develop account plans/penetration strategy, maintain and develop new or existing customers, and provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers.

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma
Basic Keyboard skills
Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
Ability to perform basic google research regarding products and parts for customer
Entry level experience with Outlook
1 year of customer service representative or sales experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Electrical or Pluming distribution experience
Electrical product knowledge and experience; including lighting, switchgear, controls, and electrical commodities
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of electrical distribution or other electrical sales environments
