AS THE SUPERVISOR OF COURIER SERVICES, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating courier and logistics for their clients across Penn Highlands Healthcare. They deal directly with clients, carriers and different departments within the healthcare system. They are required to manage operations effectively and efficiently and to consistently ensure that clients are satisfied. Upon request, they will perform all other tasks related to this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Vocational studies schooling preferred
• Valid PA driver's license required
• Excellent customer service skills, critical thinking skills, professionalism and organizational skills required
• Knowledge of geographical area required
• Educated on requirements to safely transport laboratory samples according to OSHA standards required
• Prior experience in leadership or leading courier service preferred
