Insight Globals client is seeking reliable Crane Operators to join their growing team. Our client is a long-standing professional services provider of crane and rigging services throughout Texas. This is a full-time/direct hire opportunity based out of Venus, TX covering the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate cranes with lifting capacities ranging from 15 tons to 300 tons.
Inspect and maintain cranes to ensure they are in safe working order.
Rig and unrig loads, ensuring proper load balancing and secure attachment.
Communicate effectively with other crew members and site personnel.
Follow all safety procedures and regulations, including OSHA standards.
Maintain accurate records of crane operations and inspections.
Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of experience as a Crane Operator
Valid National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) Certification
Current DOT Medical Certification
Clean driving record with no major violations
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior experience operating cranes with lifting capacities from 15 tons to 300 tons
OSHA 10 Certification
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
