Creative Asset Manager, Global Creative Services, Marketing

Amazon is seeking a Creative Asset Manager to manage a large creative database for our global creative marketing team, supporting our recruitment goals.
You are an asset librarian and experienced in managing a digital asset management (DAM) platform. You have defined working processes and management systems for asset intake, storage, distribution, and archival. You are well-versed in establishing and maintaining naming architecture, taxonomy, permissions, and metadata. You have worked in agency or in-house creative team and appreciate being service-oriented to internal teams and external stakeholders. You are a visionary and seek out new ways to standardize and optimize ways in which assets can be leveraged by many teams. You have managed assets for multiple regions in many languages. You understand creative development and the various media-types that exist. You have experience with bulk conversion, upload and tagging of raw photo and video shoot assets.
Key job responsibilities
This role resides on the Global Creative Services team within Workforce Staffing, Marketing. Core responsibilities include:
- Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool
- Own the entire naming architecture for all assets.
- Maintain a global network for the full cycle of assets.
- Establish and provide reporting on asset and systems performance.
- Define technology that can optimize for today, build for tomorrow.
A day in the life
Role is hybrid; work in the office at least 3 days a week. Office is located in Seattle or Nashville.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with large scale DAM platforms
- Drive best practices, continuous improvement, and provide recommendations for technical innovation
- Skill in prioritizing tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Adept at making key decisions and the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
- Detail-oriented and able to execute with considerations of the macro and micro level of impact of asset management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $63,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
