Creative Director, Retail & Experiential Responsibilities


  • Direct our retail creative and design with a strong vision, from setting design strategies and innovating concepts to world-class execution.

  • Further develop and expand our retail systems and experiences across multiple brands, retailers and media (spatial, print, digital) with focus on innovation, consistency, and scale.

  • Lead, mentor and inspire an internal team and direct external partners with clarity and vision.

  • Oversee work created both in-house team as well as by agencies and retail partners.

  • Bridge marketing and brand work streams with retail, educating larger creative and cross-functional group with best practices and new opportunities in retail environment.

  • Drive alignment on creative and design across leadership, cross-functional partners, and retailers.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications Design, Marketing, Event Management, or related field and 24 months of work experience in the job offered or in a design-related occupation,

  • OR employer will accept 4 years of work experience in job offered or in a design-related occupation.

  • Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

  • Experience must include 24 months of experience in the following:

  • 1. Design experience with leading teams and retail work streams

  • 2. Retail experience across a full palette of brand expression (spatial, print, digital, and experiential), from conception to creation

  • 3. Graphic design, digital design, experiential design, architecture, or industrial design

  • 4. Experience working with cross-functional disciplines such as Product Marketing, Product Design, Industrial Design, or Brand Strategy

  • 5. Creative tools experience, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AutoCAD, or Rhino

  • 6. Growing a team and managing the growth and careers tracks for direct reports.
