The Monetization Product team at TikTok focuses on building a global marketing platform that fuels growth for businesses of all sizes. This role connects to that vision by helping small businesses and creators grow through products such as TikTok Creator Challenge, Business Accounts, Business Center, and Promote.

We are seeking a Client Ops Analyst to join the GMPT Advertiser Enablement team, through data and project management by providing reporting and impactful analyses. This role will ensure the smooth end-to-end operation of products that support collaborations between advertisers and creative products on the GMPT (Global Monetization Product Technology) team. This role will support the Go-To-Market strategy and client experience with various products, programs, and services that the team facilitates. Strong candidates for the Creative Product and Advertiser Enablement role are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, spotting and communicating trends and results, and working with multiple partners.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities
- Analyze Large Data Sets: Examine extensive datasets to evaluate the performance of various campaigns.
- Review Post-Campaign Metrics: Assess and interpret metrics for campaigns and projects completed on TTCC and TTCX platforms.
- Collaborate with Advertiser Enablement Operations Team: Work closely with the Advertiser Enablement operations team to ensure seamless execution and analysis of campaigns.
- Review Advertiser On-Platform Behavior: Analyze client cases and on-platform behavior to synergize insights into product feedback and client education best practices.
- Monitor Product Performance: Continuously monitor product performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Assist with Best Practices and Narratives: Contribute to the development of go-to best practices and narratives for third-party (3P) products.
- Solve Problems for Clients and Creators: Respond to clients (advertisers and agencies) and creators' support tickets in a timely fashion and solve their problems in a professional way.
- Support Creative Products: Analyze and evaluate creative products to provide feedback for new features and report any malfunctions. Write instruction articles to help users learn how to use our creative products more efficiently.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business analytics, economics, or equivalent education/experience
- 1+ years in operation, consulting, program management or equivalent roles
- Strong communication skills across diverse functions and teams
- Proficient in SQL and Excel
- Strong problem solving skills and patience when handling tough cases

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building integrated technology solutions, reports, and dashboards
- Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and constantly curious
- Analytical skillsets, with experience drawing insights from multiple data sources
- Highly skilled at synthesizing business insights and problem solving
