About the Team:
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for a Creator Operations Manager for the Global Selling Team. Global brands are our key strategic partners, and we need a dedicated team to provide the best service to them.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for connecting with Multi Channel Networks, TikTok Shop Partners, and TikTok Shop Affiliates Partners to promote the content scale and GMV of creators and be responsible for the content GMV in the fashion industry vertical.
- Develop the operation and phased strategies of global selling fashion, achieve performance goals by collaborating with potential talents of merchants, incubating merchant-type talents, and with colleagues on the content teams of various countries to precipitate the growth methodology of the content.
- Responsible for creating classic cases and refined operation of global selling fashion content, guiding project decision-making through Data Analysis, helping clothing institutions and influencers to improve product efficiency, traffic efficiency, and LIVE efficiency.
- Identify creator pain points and work with cross functional teams to solve key challenges.
- Collaborate with global colleagues on operational processes and share data/feedback via methods that are compliant with data sharing guidelines.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years experience of creator e-commerce partnership management; mixed experience in social media platform side, brand side, and creator agency side is highly preferred.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to build plans and projects.
- A good team player, fast learner, and open to changes.
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in strategic thinking and problem solving.
- Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Strong written communication skills and multi-tasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in incubating top influencers and working with Multi Channel Network agencies.
- Strong ability to summarize and abstract, project management skills, and experience in integrated marketing.
- Data driven and strong data analysis skills.
