Job Responsibilities:
• Runs Credit Bureaus, Dun & Bradstreet, and OFAC reports.
• Duties may include functions related to transaction processing, data entry, archiving, researching, machine troubleshooting and vendor/client interaction over the phone or email.
• Verify accuracy of information on the credit submission
• May have direct contact with third-party vendors and/or external customers. Researches exceptions and escalate issues to management as appropriate.
• Provides timely communications & decisions making to sales reps/teams.
• Helps perform commercial credit analysis by reviewing items including, but not limited to credit reports, personal and business financial statements and tax returns, appraisals, property inspections and environmental reports to complete loan presentations for approval consideration by the appropriate approval authority.
• Helps prepare and analyzes spreads of a company's financial statements to determine overall credit strengths and weakness of potential commercial credit customers.
• Research prospective clients, including but not limited to internet research, bank, and trade references.
• Independently review and decision client transactions that fall within the application only parameters.
• Prepares files that are being sold for syndication.
• Updates credit on existing files.
• Prepares vendor files for review by manager.
• Assists other departments with their duties.
• Provides additional office support, including data entry, answering incoming calls, and filing.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of credit experience
• 1+ years of credit analyst experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
