Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: New Braunfels, TX 78130

Duration: 03 Months Contract

Pay Scale: $15 - $16.75/hr

Job Description:
  • Credit associates are responsible for answering a heavy volume of incoming calls, providing customer service, collections (asking for payment) and responding to inquiries on general account information.
  • They will also coordinate with our Collections Associates in the resolution of billing disputes that affect the ability to collect receivables.
  • Customer Service experience
  • Call Center experience (this role will manage approx. 50 - 70 inbound calls per day)
  • Proficient in use and navigation of computers and software
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
