Credit Union Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
- Deliver service to both internal and external members that are in alignment with the credit union's Service Promises
- Explain and recommend credit union products and services
- Provide information on new and on-going promotions
- Address and resolve member problems and complaints
- Facilitate wire transfer requests, process check orders and provide loan payoff information
- Process phone transfer requests between share accounts, loan accounts and cross-member accounts
- Process check withdrawals and loan advance requests
- Meet daily/monthly departmental productivity standards
Credit Union Call Center Representative Requirements:
- 1+ years of consecutive experience in a bank, credit union or financial institution
- Previous work experience in a fast-paced call center environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask while speaking with a customer on the phone
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, effective listening skills and ability to identify needs through phone conversation
