Minimum Skills:

  • As a Project Lead for this engagement and must have successfully delivered at least one (1) project of a similar scope and complexity.
  • At least five (5) years of experience performing requirements gathering and analysis, developing use cases, and performing advisory and consulting services related to CRM solutions.
  • At least three (3) years of experience developing strategy and implementation roadmaps related to CRM.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience designing CRM solutions in a Pension/Retirement or financial organization.
  • Experience managing IT Projects using Agile methodologies and knowledge of Agile best practices.
  • Experience managing IT projects using industry standards and best practices such as Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK.
  • Experience providing consulting services for public sector entity such as a local, state, or federal agency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • CalSTRS may request a copy of the degrees/certification for desirable qualifications
