RemX is recruiting for a CRM Data Processing Specialist.

This position is fully remote, but you will need to commute to Atlanta, GA twice a year for company meetings.

Pay rate: 45K-50K plus bonuses

Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (6:30pm)

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of data within our Salesforce environment. Your primary focus will be to ensure that CRM records are up to date and contain complete and accurate information for our Sales, Customer Care, and Marketing teams. This includes not only entering data, but also checking for errors and inconsistencies, thus ensuring reliability and accessibility of information. Key Responsibilities:
  • Create new and update existing Salesforce records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct detailed online and database research to identify doctors and healthcare professionals (HCPs). Researching and testing New HCP email addresses and calling the office when the email search platforms are unsuccessful.
  • Enter product referrals, received daily from HCPs, into the Salesforce database.
  • Complete data enrichment and data cleaning activities to support overall Salesforce data quality efforts. Maintain and validate referral attribution records for orders and referral transaction records.
  • Locate and process duplicates to reduce redundancy.
  • Become well-acquainted with the network of healthcare providers to better understand their specialties, services, and practice dynamics.
  • Assist in developing and implementing data entry procedures and best practices.


Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent data entry skills, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CRM experience is required, although Salesforce is preferred; Salesforce training will be provided. Willingness and flexibility to take on special projects, new responsibilities, and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of demonstrated success in data entry and administrative role.
