Global Investment Banking Support

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Technology Solutions Analyst to partner closely with the GIB Technology Solutions Manager and GIB IT aligned teams. The ideal candidate will manage the execution of technology solutions and projects within the GIB business, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless integration and adoption of new systems and technologies.

As a CRM & Technology Solutions Analyst you will:
  • Manage the execution of technology projects within the GIB business, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between the GIB business, IT aligned teams, key stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Solutions Manager, CRM Manager, and Business Operations Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of technology initiatives.
  • Partner with Technology Solutions Manager team to compile and evaluate technology enhancement requests.
  • Act as key Salesforce GIB representative and become a product expert. Work closely with CRM Manager, Data Stewards, and Coordinators, and IT aligned teams to develop, manage, and maintain GIB’s Salesforce platform, including overseeing CRM data compliance and integrity, and analysis and prioritization of Salesforce related work.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements, system requirements, and technology solutions that support business strategies and drive implementation.
  • Create, prepare, and deliver training content, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Advance technology platforms by partnering with technology product, implementation, and on-going support teams to ensure alignment with GIB project objectives and business goals.
  • Coordinate and participate in activities involving external vendors by assisting with relationship management, contract negotiations/renewals, account management and invoicing.
  • Lead high user impact special projects for Global Operations team.

What we look for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in technology project coordination and/or business analysis within the financial services industry.
  • 3+ years developing domain knowledge of core Salesforce business functions, processes, and enabling technologies (Salesforce administration experience a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management and staff.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Office, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Online), Salesforce, mobile device/application support and infrastructure technologies preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to periodically work outside of normal business hours, including some weekends, as required.
