CSR Consultant

Akkodis is seeking a CSR Consultant for a Contract job with a client in Tampa, FL (Hybrid) . The position requires a Minimum of 6 years of related experience

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

CSR Consultant job responsibilities include:

• Organize necessary resources such as site CSR Ambassadors and other stakeholders within, Diverse Talent Management and Advancement (DTMA), HR, and Marketing & Communications to successfully execute CSR events and fundraising goals
• Execute CSR event and fundraising communications in partnership with Marketing and Communications (articles, email messages, etc.) for broad distribution
• Prepare post-event or fundraising summary and CSR impact across DTCC offices for the company to be reviewed and posted on the exchange
• Manage and administer CSR tools and programs: review and respond to inquiries around corporate donations, matching gifts, fundraising, volunteering, volunteer grants, giving campaigns, and disaster relief
• Identify volunteer project options for teams by contacting organizations or local CSR Ambassadors near our DTCC office locations
• Collect data and information necessary for budget and monthly expense management
• Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalate appropriately

Minimum

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred with master's or equivalent experience

Specific

• Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted programs with the ability to drive projects through completion
• Ability to effectively plan, manage, and prioritize multiple projects at a variety of stages
• Must be able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate extremely strong analytical skills, as well as personal organizational skills
• Exhibit a collaborative work style within a global company

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
