SUMMARY

The primary role of this individual is to engage with business partner customers and flight crew members to address concerns, answer inquiries, and assist with operational needs. This individual is essential to promoting the Newrest brand and creating positive experiences with our customer though daily interactions.

Pay: $18 per hour

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday-Saturday 2:00PM-7:00PM

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in hospitality, airline and/or aviation related industry is preferred but not required

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid and unexpired driver's license required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Aptitude for problem-solving
  • Customer service orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities
  • Ability to comply with personal decorum, professional conduct, and personal appearance guidelines
  • Ability to be self-disciplined and self-managed to meet deadlines, multi-task, and work with little supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions (e.g., heat, rain, snow, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role which requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds (i.e., pushing/pulling beverage or food carts/carriers)
