CState Complete Student Connector Job Description

CState Complete is a brand-new program dedicated to supporting stopped out Cincinnati State students return to campus to complete their degrees. This program is founded in student-to-student outreach. Connectors will represent the CState Complete Reconnection Team, comprised of the Team Leader and a part-time advisor. Connectors will be the first point of contact for stopped out students and the first step to supporting those students' return to campus.

Essential Duties

• Initiate contact with stopped out students via text message
• Follow all campaign messaging, privacy and documentation protocols as trained
• Initiate student handoff to Reconnection Team Leader and/or advisor for continued support
• Engage with CState Complete student advisory board
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled student at Cincinnati State with at least 30 credit hours earned
• In good academic standing
• Actively involved in student activities on Cincinnati State's campus
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Established social media presence
• Customer service experience
• GPA of 3.0 or higher

Compensation: $15/hour (Grant Funded)

Contract Affiliation: N/A

Status: Part time, not to exceed 10 hours/week during fall, spring and summer semesters
