Overview

Duties include, but are not limited to; mopping, vacuuming, cleaning of high touch areas, taking out central garbage containers, cleaning restrooms, keeping walls and corners free of dirt and cobwebs, etc.
Use of floor buffer will be expected.

Occasional weekends and/or evenings may be required.
Similar job assignments are frequently requested by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and schedules. Must be able to work alone with minimum supervision.
• Must have excellent attendance, attention to detail, ability to multi task in a fast paced environment, decision making skills, reading, writing, basic mathematics, communications skills.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills, time management and reliable transportation
• BATFE Clearance & Valid Driver's License
• Works with clearly defined methods and tasks that are described in detail
• Works under close supervision with little autonomy
• Requires little or no prior relevant training or work experience
