Custodian/Team Lead - Environmental Services

$3,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Environmental Service Technicians!

• Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time Environmental Service Technician position.
  Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
• Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Your Role:
The Lead Custodian is responsible for the daily cleaning of public areas of the Hospital/ MOB. The Lead Custodian moves furniture and sets up meetings. He/she is responsible for collection of trash, recycling, linen, and biohazard waste. Lead Custodian may be consulted by other EVS staff in the absence of the supervisor. In the event of a call out the Lead Custodian will shift schedules as needed and will check schedule each day to assure schedule coverage.
