• Complete custom vehicles by assembling component parts to specification to meet customer demand on time with high quality.
• Collaborate with department stakeholders on identifying process improvements and waste elimination.
• Must be able to interpret work orders, engineering drawings, standard work, and job safety sheets.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and repair with minimal supervision, properly identify, and communicate the root cause of issues to the supervisor.
• Lead and train other team members, sharing best practice techniques and safe operational behaviors.
• Responsible for the selection of proper tools to perform duties and the cleanliness of the professional workspace.
• Preference for welding experience and forklift experience.
• Must be willing to apply current skillset but also willing to learn new skills, vehicle systems, product offerings and assembly techniques as required.
• Contributes to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone, feels heard and understood, empowered, and valued.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Two or more years of experience in vehicle assembly, repair, or similar professional field.
• Must have vehicle mechanical and electrical knowledge, working knowledge of power tools, hardware, and torque. Preference for basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
