The essential job responsibilities of the Customer Care Training Specialist will be to Develop, organize, prepare and conduct training for the Customer Care Division to include on-the-job training and refresher training for mobile dispatch, customer information system, service/exceptions order clearance, trouble/service order entry, CARES, Oracle, Customer Care processes/procedures and related updates to processes.

Qualification Requirements:
To perform the Customer Care Training Specialist role, you must:
- Have an Bachelor's degree in Education or Business Administration with 2 years of experience in Customer Services, Customer Accounts and Records, Commercial Resource Center, Credit Operations, Service Dispatching or Meter Shop or High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) with 10 years' experience as listed above.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the Customer Information System, Customer Care Division processes and Procedures, credit policies, or mobile dispatch. Center.
- Have a valid driver's license from state of residence

Physical Working Conditions:
Works inside under good conditions. Subject to standing for long periods of time while instructing classes and light lifting of training material/equipment.
