The essential job responsibilities of the Customer Experience and Market Analysis Analyst position are to perform professional-level work to utilize different technologies and research methods to gather and interpret data including customer feedback data, organizational data and market research data; measure customer satisfaction and experience through determining key performance indicators; work with departments across the Division to report trends and translate findings into measurable action items.

Qualification Requirements:
To perform the Customer Experience and Market Analysis Analyst role, you must:
-Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering or related field.
-Have 2-4 years' experience of professional-level experience in market research, data analytics, strategic planning, or customer engagement.
-Have valid driver's license from stat of residence
-Subject to 24 hour call

Physical Working Conditions:
Works primarily in office under good conditions.
