An employer in San Antonio, TX is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join the customer operations team. This person will act as the liaison between the lab operations team and the clients. They will troubleshoot and resolve client issues over the phone and via email. They will be responsible for gathering data and providing information to the clients from lab. They will input donor information into the internal lab systems and maintain all confidentiality processes. This person will also coordinate times for clients to pick up and drop off specimens at the lab. They will oversee entry of patient donor data into national database and perform client onboarding for all new clients in the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

* Associates Degree

* experience in data entry, patient onboarding, tracking/logging metrics or data in computer programs

* experience in customer service and correspondence over email

* Proficient in all Microsoft applications, Outlook, and other computer tracking programs

* Needs to be a efficient multi-tasker & manage several task and projects at any given time

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Bachelors Degree

* Background in clinical, healthcare, or medical space
