Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Respond accurately, timely, and courteously to customer inquiries via telephone, written correspondence, web, or walk-in channels.
- Document inquiries accurately for record-keeping purposes.
- Initiate or process adjustments and conduct research to resolve inquiries effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer problems.
- Respond to priority inquiries and assist with special projects as directed by management.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer problems, questions, and needs.
- Maintain accurate records on complaints and customer comments, making recommendations for changes to management.
- Follow through on complaints until resolved or escalate to management as needed.
- Maintain basic knowledge of quality work instructions and company policies.
- Assist with process improvements by recommending changes in procedures and techniques.
- Maintain departmental productivity, quality, and timeliness standards.
- Identify and report suspected fraudulent activities and system errors to the appropriate departments.

- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively and efficiently.
Education and Experience:
- Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred Education: Associate Degree.
- Required Work Experience: None.
- Preferred Work Experience: 2 years of customer service or call center experience.
