Customer Service Dialer

Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Customer Service Dialer

Work location: 500 East Border Street Arlington, Texas 76010

Work environment: Remote, but onsite training may be required

Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Training (830am-5pm); After Training (10am-630pm)

Here's What You Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

• Two years of related hospital/medical collection experience or customer service experience (REQUIRED)

• Knowledge of general office equipment (PREFERRED)

• Hospital Billing/Collections experience (STRONGLY PREFERRED)

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment (PREFERRED)

• Bilingual English/Spanish (PREFERRED)

What You Will Do:

• Document calls on Red Star and in patient accounting notes

• Follow-up on requests and see tasks through to completion

• Convey problem areas and/or reason for delays to management

• Answer the average calls expected, determined by call volume each month

• Return all calls withing 24 hours
