Position is a Customer Service Lead position of Wilson Customer Service Group supporting inquiries from customers regarding replacement orders, managing inventory, and reporting the overall status of the replacement orders both to customers and management.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of Order Entry and ensure delivery dates are appropriately aligned and specific forecast is consumed.
  • Ensuring order prioritization through the factory or from special allocated stock.
  • Management of allocated stock and decisions on use of stock as required for replacement orders or allocation to other orders.
  • Coordination with MRO facilities on orders that require replacement, ensuring timely loading of orders and shipment of parts.
  • Coordination with Avionics Customer Service team on specific customers needs and timelines as well as other communications regarding replacement orders.
  • Daily report of status of parts in stock and on delivery, as well as reconciliation of finished goods and coordinating movements of materials to allocated stock.
  • Oversight, reviewing and processing of potential warranty claims including timely adjudication of claim and issuance of credit memos.
  • Working with Finance on development of new process to track claims and provide better reporting.
  • Development and improvement of tracking of reporting and automation of processes to improve timelines and ensure timely responses to customers in all situations.
  • Development of improved forecasting and planning to ensure necessary inventory is available in the required timelines.


Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required
  • Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.


Preferred:
  • Knowing SAP
  • Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Visual, Basic Scripting
