Summary

• MMC Main Lobby -Schedule: Friday 4:00 pm -8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• The Lead Customer Service role is responsible for meeting, greeting, and assessing needs of customers, providing specific information and assistance, and ensuring that customers' needs are met. Serves as a vital first contact for patients, visitors, or others throughout the organization.
• Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  
  • Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • License/Certifications: N/A
  • Experience: One year of experience in a health care setting preferred.
