  • Ensure accuracy of orders and pricing in the company order entry system.
  • Direct the delivery, administrative and operational assistance designed to promote revenue growth productivity, and exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide team members with the appropriate training, tools, direction and motivation to enable their success.
  • Challenge team members in providing exceptional support to both external and internal customers.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to address customer requirements.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Provide data and sales forecasts to materials for production scheduling and material requirements.
  • Review market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. indhp


  • Business to business sales support experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal, telephone and written communication skills.
  • A professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
