Your Role:

The Customer Service Manager ensures that Reynolds Consumer Products customers are satisfied. Your role is to provide superb customer service by leading and motivating the customer service teams, developing loyalty programs, and creating customer satisfaction goals. You will have the opportunity to:
  • Hire, onboard, and develop Key Account Specialists to ensure that the level of service RCP customers expect is delivered in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within company to ensure service levels goals and on-time delivery metrics are achieved.
  • Develop positive relations with internal functions including sales, planning, transportation, and warehouse personnel.
  • Manage service teams that handle order management, customer service inquiries, and problems via the telephone, e-mail and other modes of communication.
  • Manage workload and ensure sufficient back-up coverage is in place.
  • Develop and monitor standard operating procedures, policies, and information flow.
  • Work jointly with customers on initiatives developing win-win solutions for both companies.
  • Use metrics, logistics knowledge, industry trends, etc. to identify opportunities to improve service and/or reduce logistics cost.
  • Manage projects across the supply chain that impact multiple cross functional areas.

We need you to have:
  • BA/BS degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business, or 5-7 years of experience in related field.
  • 5+ years of related professional and progressive experience in customer service and/or sales support.
  • Prior team management experienced combined with a proven track record of developing, coaching, and mentoring individuals and/or teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.
  • Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into tactical actions and make sound business decisions under time pressure.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
  • Ability to travel on a limited basis.
  • Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.

Icing on the cake:
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • SAP knowledge and experience.


Salary Range: $98,000 - $105,000
