Pay: $25 per hour with up to a 15% annual increase.
*Pay Rate offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9 AM - 6 PM, Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, fully in-office with some overtime and local driving required.

What You'll Do:
- Engage with Customers: Receive and respond to calls and correspondence from customers, efficiently handling orders, tracking progress, and providing timely updates.
- Customer Care: Manage a diverse portfolio of customers, including taking on new assignments and unassigned customers, ensuring exceptional service for each one.
- Product Knowledge: Get to know our top 10-20 products and top 30-50 customers, and familiarize yourself with the various product lines across our production departments.
- Order Management: Review and enter customer specifications, coordinating with production, QA, and other departments to ensure accurate processing.
- Stay Updated: Train on and keep current with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Front Office and Customer Service.
- Collaborate: Participate in weekly Customer Service Meetings and assist with front office tasks, such as answering phone calls and supporting mass mailings.
- Document Drafting: Help draft important documentation like MMDs and SOPs.
- Adapt and Support: Be ready to assist in other departments or locations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Language: MUST HAVE strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and phone skills. Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Location: Must be based locally and possess a strong familiarity with our sales territory.
- Flexibility: A valid driver's license, current proof of insurance, and a clean driving record are required. Must be able to clear a background and drug test.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college courses in biology, chemistry, or related subjects preferred.
- A busy customer service environment.
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance is essential.
