Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a charismatic and bubbly individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment where responsibilities may evolve day-to-day. The ideal candidate is well-organized, analytical and thrives under pressure while being a continuous learner.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Accurately process 50-70 orders weekly, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Oversee and manage a shared inbox, prioritizing and responding to customer inquiries efficiently
• Perform regular checks and balances to ensure accuracy in order processing and pricing
• Handle and resolve backlog pricing issues with precision and attention to detail
• Run and analyze administrative reports to support business operations
• Utilize Excel for pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and data management to streamline processes
• Support 3-4 leadership members by booking airfare, hotel accommodations and managing itineraries
• Maintain and clean up information within the system to ensure data integrity

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in order processing and customer service
• Proficiency in Acumatica and Salesforce is ideal, with 1-2 years of experience in these systems
• Experience within the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs

• A positive and engaging personality that enhances team collaboration and customer interactions
• Comfortable with changing responsibilities and evolving roles
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail under pressure
• Enjoys problem-solving and continuous learning, with a keen eye for detail
