Customer Service Representative - DIRECT HIRE- Franklin Park, IL

Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The individual in this role will be the main point of contact for customer calling in, obtaining customer information, updating the systems and scheduling appointment for a consultation.

Location: Franklin Park

Compensation: $38-43k based on experience

Job Description:

Receiving and placing customer service calls with speed and professionalism. Scheduling appointments for salesman. Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems. Assemble marketing materials. Assist salesmen in producing quotes, sending to customers and processing the jobs when they sell. Filing Other admin projects as assigned

Required Experience:

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a corporate setting

• Excellent verbal communication skills and good phone demeanor
