We are currently looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative to join our Bedre Customer Service team located at the Bedre Fine Chocolate Retail and Manufacturing Facility working .

Summary:

Responsibilities:
* Acts as a brand ambassador by learning the Belgian Chocolate making heritage and the array of delicious products so customer questions can be expertly addressed and suggest the right products to fulfil needs and create memories
* Answers the phone, transfers calls, takes messages and screens calls per guidelines for areas served
* Responds to inquiries, compliments and/or complaints regarding the organization's services
* Provides product and services information to customers and vendors to assist with the selection of products to increase sales and provides best possible service to ensure customers' needs are met and callers are answered or resolved
* Receives and enters orders received via fax, telephone, or internet into Great Plains inventory control program
* Enters data entry accurately and timely to avoid discrepancies and delays in order processing
* Creates, reviews, and distributes customer invoices ensuring accuracy
* Handles routine customer complaints and incidents, exhibiting the appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of supervisory personnel
* Resolves customer billing issues or questions and acts as a liaison between organization and its customers and suppliers
* Maintains the company calendar by recording items such as group tours or special events
* Ensures wholesale customers are set up with a client file and they contain the necessary or required information and documents
* Oversees the vehicle fleet, to include issuing vehicles, submitting required documents, and providing monthly vehicle reports to corporate manager
* Acts as liaison between internal and/or external individuals and/or groups
* Maintains management's calendar of appointments and staff meetings
* Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types

* Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
