RemX has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative with a great company located in Omaha, Nebraska.

Hours: 8 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday

Location: 100% onsite

Pay: $20-$25/hr (based on experience, education, etc.)

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
  • Respond to inbound calls from internal team members who need assistance with a new computer application
  • Provide information related to questions and educate end user on how to utilize the new application
  • Problem solve, trouble shoot and provide solutions

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer aptitude
  • Insurance industry experience a plus
