This position is full-time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 1 Dakota Drive, Lake Success, NY 11042.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
- Respond to complex customer calls
- Resolve customer service inquiries which could include:
- Benefit and Eligibility information
- Customer material requests - transfer them to the appropriate department
- Scheduling patients for testing

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience with analyzing and solving customer problems
- 6+ months of experience in an office setting environment, using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
- Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Reside within a commutable distance to the office: 1 Dakota Drive, Lake Success, NY, 11042
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience with working in Radiology
- 1+ years of experience with scheduling in a medical environment
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Soft Skills:
- Ability to multi - task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
- Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
