RemX is looking for experienced, compassionate, and professional Customer Service Representatives to assist our client with phone calls and emails regarding check and payment processing.

Title: Customer Service Representative

  • Salary: $20.00 an hour (including $0.50 shift differential)
  • Start Date: 6/4/24
  • Schedule:
    • Option 1: M - F | 10:00 - 7:00 PM
    • Option 2: M - F | 11:00 - 8:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer inbound calls / emails relating regarding payment / check processing inquiries/issues
  • Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor in all interactions
  • Use probing questions to locate the right information
  • Review contracts and conduct research on your own

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum High School Education / GED REQUIRED
  • 1+ years experience in a customer service environment REQUIRED
