Customer Service Specialist

One of our clients in the Salt Lake City area is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This person will be responsible for handing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer support to those that call in.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
- 1 year experience in customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft product suite
- Strong customer handling, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills; focus on quality of customer experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Pluses:
- Bilingual (Spanish) - Huge Plus
