This is an onsite opportunity to be part of a dynamic Lottery team working on a new prize payment program to enhance the customer experience in the Richmond area!

The Customer Service Technician is a member of the Finance team and is responsible for performing a variety of specialized semi-technical duties in service to Lottery winners, players, and retailers. This position also performs routine, semi-technical duties related to validation and payment of claims for California State Lottery prizes.

This position is headquartered at the Richmond District Office. This position is not eligible for telework.
