Job Title: Customer Service/Coordinator I
Location: Hanover, PA. HYBRID (3 days a week onsite - T, W, Th).
Duration: 11 months contract with possible extension
Pay Rate: $18/hr.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Punctuality and strong work ethic is a MUST for this role!
  • Call Center environment with volume ranging from 30-40 calls a day
  • 80% customer call taking environment - while on the calls, the candidate will be entering in details for existing as well as new orders into SAP... all the work will be done in SAP...prior SAP is a big plus but not a requirement. Remaining 20% of their time will be spent with off the phones work which includes modifying orders, entering special orders, and working in Excel
  • Independent research is a bonus because many a times there will be "missing" orders that need to be looked into by the candidate
  • Resumes should highlight CS and call center environment with solid commitment on jobs - Customer Service experience preferred - Min of 2 years - B2B
  • WILL BE CONDUCTING IN PERSON 30 MIN INTERVIEWS FOR THIS ROLE!!
  • Soft skills needed:
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Good communication and client interface skills
    • Prioritize work received and complete in a timely manner utilizing sound judgment in making and implementing corrective action.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Need to be able to work comfortably w spreadsheets and data; sort and filter the data as needed
